    The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking feedback from across the aviation industry on our aviation services. Our aviation services customer satisfaction survey is now open.

    Purpose

    Have your say… The Bureau of Meteorology (the Bureau) provides meteorological services for the aviation industry. This includes international, domestic and regional airlines and general aviation. Timely, responsive, and accurate meteorological information is essential for the safe and efficient operation of flights. Our products and services are designed to meet the unique needs of the Australian aviation industry while also complying with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) guidelines and standards.

    Proposal

    At the Bureau, we want our aviation services to meet customer expectations. Receiving feedback from our aviation customers helps us to identify areas where we can improve the services provided to the Australian aviation industry.
