Discussion regarding overly busy common traffic advisory frequency Wellcamp, Toowoomba and Oakey

Shared Toowoomba City aerodrome (YTWB), Toowoomba Wellcamp airport (YBWW), Oakey Airport (YBOK) common traffic advisory frequency (CTAF) 127.65 has very high radio occupancy, preventing all traffic from making calls.

The issue

YTWB, YBWW and YBOK (when inactive) share the same CTAF 127.65.
Very high radio occupancy prevents all traffic from making calls.
Ground stations calling often cross talk or block calls.

Purpose

To collect the impressions, opinions and ideas from operators regarding the busy CTAF, and possible solutions.

Proposal

Requesting comments and ideas from operators to allow safer radio availability.
Some proposal ideas: 

• Separate radio (RDO) frequency for YBWW.  The proximity will cause potential difficulty in this.
• Ground RDO frequency for YTWB (especially taxying fuel bay and taxiway (TWY) B and C).
