RAAF 100SQN plans to conduct a flypast and aerial display activity overhead YSWG in support of Number 1 Recruit Training Unit (1RTU) graduation ceremony for Course 09/22.
Points for consideration include:
1. Lateral and vertical dimensions of the TRA
2. Date/time (duration) of the TRA
To seek feedback regarding a proposal to declare a temporary restricted area surrounding Wagga Wagga aerodrome (YSWG) in support of a Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) aerial display on the 20th July 2022.
The flypast and aerial display is to be conducted by a Cessna Dragonfly. Due to the nature of the aerobatic displays involving high-speed, abrupt manoeuvres and the inability to self-deconflict with non-participants, a TRA is requested to segregate this activity from civil operations ensuring public safety.

Hours of activity: It is proposed that the TRA be active for no more than 30 minutes within a window commencing 2207200035 through to 2207200140. Exact timing TBC via NOTAM.
