A new Bureau of Meteorology website is scheduled to go live on Wednesday 22 October 2025.
The new website is secure, stable and resilient and it will help the Bureau to continue to deliver trusted services to all Australians, when it matters most. It delivers design and functionality improvements to our most frequently used pages, including forecasts, observations and weather warnings. The new design will make it easier for the Australian community to access Bureau resources, data and services.
If you have not already explored the new website, we encourage you to do so: https://beta.bom.gov.au/
Go live may be rescheduled if Australia experiences significant weather in October.

Please email the Bureau's aviation customer engagement team (webav@bom.gov.au) if you have any questions about the new website.
