    Black Sky Aerospace (BSA) is seeking members feedback on the proposal to establish multiple Temporary Restricted Areas (TRA) due to high level rocket launching activity and one Temporary Danger Area (TDA) due to rocket low level rocket activity.

    The issue

    To mitigate residual airspace risks posed by the activity, a TRA is proposed from SFC to FL450.

    TRA Funny Farm Class G

    • Lateral Limits: 7 nautical mile (n mile) radius of 28° 7'42.0"S 149°42'6.0"E
    • Vertical Limits: SFC to FL125
    • Controlling Authority: BSA

    TRA Funny Farm Class E

    • Lateral Limits: 7 n mile radius of 28° 7'42.0"S 149°42'6.0"E
    • Vertical Limits: FL125 to FL245
    • Controlling Authority: Airservices Australia

    TRA Funny Farm Class A

    • Lateral Limits: 7 n mile radius of 28° 7'42.0"S 149°42'6.0"E
    • Vertical Limits: FL245 to FL450
    • Controlling Authority: Airservices Australia

    • 05/06/2023 to 11/06/2023
    • 19/06/2023 to 25/06/2023

    3 windows on each day between:

    • 0800 - 0900 AEST,
    • 1000 - 1100 AEST
    • 1200 - 1400 AEST

    TRA Funny Farm Class G

    • Lateral Limits: 7 n mile radius of 28° 7'42.0"S 149°42'6.0"E
    • Vertical Limits: Surface (SFC) to FL125
    • Controlling Authority: BSA

    TRA Funny Farm Class E

    3 windows on each day between:

    • 0800 - 0900 AEST,
    • 1000 - 1100 AEST
