A Temporary Restricted Area is being proposed to support the Royal Australian Air Force School of Technical Training Tri-Service Day at Wagga Wagga

    Purpose

In support of RAAF STT on 08 August 2024, Royal Australian Air Force No.2 Operational Conversion Unit (2OCU) plan to conduct an aerobatic display overhead Wagga Wagga Regional Airport (YSWG).

The aerobatic display is to be conducted by Air Force jet aircraft. Due to the planned flight profile affecting speed and manoeuvrability of the aircraft, a TRA is requested to segregate this activity from civil operations and ensure public safety. Additional Air Force assets will be operating outside controlled airspace adjacent to the proposed TRA.
