    To seek feedback on the proposal to establish multiple temporary danger areas (TDA) in southwest Queensland.

    The issue

    The proposal is seeking to advise of proposed rocket launches during the following dates and timeframes:

    Dates: 12/05/2025 - 06/07/2025
    Times: 0800 - 1700 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) daily.

    Purpose

    Proposed temporary danger area (TDA) to support rocket launches in Southern Queensland.

    Proposal

    The proposal is seeking to advise of proposed rocket launches during the following dates and timeframes:

    Dates: 12/05/2025 - 06/07/2025
    Times: 0800 - 1700 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) daily.
    Frequency: 1 window on each day between proposed times.

    Temporary danger area:

    • Lateral Limits: within 3 NM RADIUS OF 28° 07' 39'' S 149° 42' 24'' E
    • Vertical Limits: SFC to A050
    • Contact: BSA.

    Notes:

    • The closest lateral boundary of D621C (SFC-A100) is 1.8NM from the lateral boundary of the proposed TDA
    • for this area approval, the TDA is a cylinder not more than 3NM radius
    • should any times potentially conflict with your activities, please let us know so we can work around these.
