    To seek feedback on the proposal to establish a Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) in south-west Queensland to support the safe launch of rockets. Rocket launches within launch windows up to 50,000 feet (ft).

    Dates: 06 April - 31 July 2026

    For the TRA the following windows apply:

    Monday, Tuesday, Friday:

    0800 - 0930 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
    1100 - 1230 AEST
    1400 - 1530 AEST

    Wednesday, Sunday:

    0800 - 0930 AEST
    1030 - 1130 AEST
    1400 - 1530 AEST

    Thursday, Saturday:

    0900 - 1000 AEST
    1100 - 1230 AEST
    1400 - 1530 AEST

    TRA SPACEPORT

    Lateral limits: Within 20 nautical miles (NM) of position 27°36'19.03"S 143°37'29.61"E

    Vertical limits: Surface (SFC) to 50,000 ft above mean sea level (AMSL)
