    A Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) is being established to allow for the 2023 Hobart Regatta.

    The issue

    The Royal Australian Air Force Roulettes will be establishing a Temporary Restricted Area on Sunday 12 February over Hobart as part of the 2023 Hobart Regatta.

    Purpose

    The Royal Australian Air Force Roulette display team will be establishing a TRA over Hobart on Sunday 12 February 2023 from 1055-1120 and 1655-1720 local time (these timings may be subject to slight variation, please check NOTAMs on the day). The display will consist of a 6-ship PC-21 Formation Aerobatics display. The duration of the display will be up to 15 minutes.

     

    The TRA will be established within 5 nautical miles of the Hobart Cenotaph (S425240 E1472012) from the surface to A060. The TRA will affect the VICTOR WEST and VICTOR SOUTH WEST Visual Flight Rules (VFR) routes and is in close proximity to Hobart Airport. A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) will be issued in the area.
