    Please respond if the Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) will have an impact on operations of airspace users in the vicinity.

    The issue

    The display will include 6 x PC-21 military aircraft trainers conducting up to four displays.

    Purpose

    To help celebrate the Royal Hobart Regatta, the Royal Australian Air Force Roulette team will conduct multiple low level aerobatic display over the Hobart Cenotaph. A TRA has been proposed to ensure safety of flight to airspace users in the vicinity.

    Proposal

    Details are as follows: 

    • Saturday 7 February at 1200 local
    • Sunday 8 February 1300 local and
    • Monday 9 February at 0900 local. 

    All displays will be centred on the Hobart Cenotaph. A TRA has been requested to ensure the safety of flight for all airspace users. The TRA will be centred on the Hobart Cenotaph from surface to 6000FT AMSL (excluding the coincident portion of controlled airspace) and will be activated for 25 minutes for each display.
