Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) and Temporary Danger Area (TDA) active in support of space capsule return to Koonibba Test Range.
Purpose
Southern Launch will conduct a space capsule return to the Koonibba Test Range in the early hours of Sunday the 18th of January 2026 (ACDT).
The TRA (NOTAM C0056/26 refers) and TDA ( NOTAM C0057/26 refers) will be active from the surface (SFC) to unlimited (UNL) altitude each day between 1330Z and 1430Z, from 17 to 21 January 2026. Further information about the W5 mission is available on the Southern Launch website.
