    Proposed changes to Williamtown airspace, including to R559A-F, were consulted via AvSEF during 2022 with an expected implementation date of 15 June 2023. This date has been revised.

    Purpose

    The proposed changes to Williamtown airspace, including R559A-F, were anticipated to take effect on 15 June 2023. Following a review of the project timeline to implementation, Airservices and Defence are now working towards a 30 November 2023 Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) effective date.
