Beyond The Blue Aerospace (BTBA), a rocketry organisation, is seeking to conduct rocket launching activity approximately 40 nautical mile (n mile) North West of Goondiwindi, Qld from 14 - 16 September 2022.

Fly Neighbourly is a voluntary code of practice developed by Archerfield Airport Corporation (AAC) in partnership with airport operators, community representatives, residents and other aviation stakeholders wanting to reduce aircraft disturbances around the airport. 

On 28 Apr 2022, ADF Airspace released an AVSEF - NSW & Qld - Major proposed changes to overland permanent military flying areas (R559, R639) seeking feedback on the proposed airspace change. Due to a number of changes to the proposed airspace, a new AvSEF post has been opened for further consultation and seek feedback.

The Office of Airspace Regulation (OAR) is seeking feedback to determine whether the recommendations from the 2017 airspace review were beneficial to airspace users.These changes were implemented 18 months after the review.

XWB 22 is a major military activity in the Rockhampton and Shoalwater Bay area held from 28 August – 11 October 2022. There will be increased military air traffic between Rockhampton airport and Shoalwater Bay.

The Royal Australian Air force (RAAF) Roulettes are planning a Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) over Brisbane CBD on Sun 07 August 22 at approx. 1300L. The TRA will last ~12 minutes and may have implications for YBBN arrivals and departures.
